These heat sealers offer good value and reliable performance and are ideal for low volume bag sealing. Suitable for layflat tubing or bag widths up to 400 mm wide. They are impulse sealers that apply heat via the element wire for only a second before the mechanism begins to cool the seal.
Complete with an adjustable timer and a cutter on the sealing arm for leaving a neat finish to your bagged product, there are three sizes of heat sealer available: 200, 300 and 400 mm sealing widths which produce a 2 mm wide seal. Recommended for two layers of polythene film (PE film), each up to 150 micron (600 gauge) thick.
With these heat sealers you can create a bag in 3 easy steps:
1. Push the sealing arm down
2. Hold down and slide across the cutting blade
3. Release the arm when the sealing is complete. (Seals 100+ seals per shift).

Installation and Training: Receive expert training and installation for £248. Highly recommended to ensure correct installation along with guidance on to correctly use your new machine.
Warranty: All machines have a 12 month “return to base” warranty, which includes a 3 day grace period. This warranty excludes the element wire, Teflon strip and cutting blade consumables, which can be purchased separately.
3 Day Grace Period: Upon receipt of goods, we recommend customers check the machines for any faults or damages – if found, contact RAJA to organise an immediate return and collection of the faulty product.
Return to base: If an issue is spotted after the 3 day grace period, customers must return the faulty product to our service centre, where it will be fixed and returned within 5-7 working days.
