One machine for all package strapping


Our semi-automatic strapping machine quickly secures outgoing shipments of virtually any size. It automatically adjusts the strapping tension to prevent damage on softer packages and to better protect even the largest of products.

In one action, this machine cuts the polypropylene strapping, adjusts the tension and sticks the ends to give a neat and durable seal that maximises the chance of your product arriving undamaged.

Just 560mm wide and on casters, this small machine can be easily manoeuvred into tight spaces and is robust enough for use in general packaging or the harsh conditions of the food and graphic art industries.

Size and shape options This machine measures 560mm wide x 850mm length with an adjustable table height of 780 - 930mm to suit the operator’s height and minimise the risk of back injury. Use with polypropylene strapping in a variety of widths from 9mm up to 16mm for heavier packages. Strapping rolls require at least a 200mm core.

Weights and limits The machine automatically adjusts the strapping tensioning force between 15 - 45kg to suit the size and property of the package. This lightweight machine has a net weight of 85kg and can easily be manoeuvred anywhere in the warehouse with a 240V power supply.

Warranty: All machines have a 12 month “return to base” warranty, which includes a 3 day grace period. Contact our experts to upgrade to a 12 month “on site” parts and labour warranty for £320.

3 Day Grace Period: Upon receipt of goods, we recommend customers check the machines for any faults or damages – if found, contact RAJA to organise an immediate return and collection of the faulty machine.

Return to base: If an issue is spotted after the 3 day grace period, customers must return the faulty machine to our service centre, where it will be fixed and returned within 5-7 working days.
