The Sealed Air New-Air Flex machine is a fast machine with a small footprint that is simple to operate, just load the film roll and press start. The machine creates up to 20 metres of protective bubble wrap per minute, making it ideal for production lines or work stations.
The New-Air Flex can be used with a stand and roll winder to create ready to use rolls of bubble wrap, ready for peak demand use. The rolls feature Sealed Air's patented Barrier Bubble cushioning material which provides longer lasting cushioning that maintains its properties throughout the entire shipping cycle. This bubble wrap is perfect for cushioning, blocking and bracing.
1 roll of 400mm = 3m³ of void fill. 1 roll of 800mm = 6.10m³ of void fill. This machine is available for rental from £125 per month. (T’s & C’s and minimum roll order quantities apply.)
