If you are unhappy with a stocked item you have ordered, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Just call our Customer Service team on 0800 542 44 28, who will issue you with a returns authorisation.
Then you will need to return the product to us in unspoilt condition, in it’s original packaging.

We take great care to ensure our products reach our customers in good condition.
However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product please call our customer Service team on 0800 542 44 28.
They will arrange a collection and credit, exchange or refund at no extra cost to you.

Please note that any non-stocked item such as Custom printed tape, can not be returned once your order has been confirmed.
