How to enter

*Win a £250 Amazon Gift Card

Terms and Conditions:

1. To enter, send a photograph (in jpg or png file format) of your memory box alongside a 50-100-word description of the memories it holds to hello@joeblogsnetwork.com).
2. Image sizes cannot exceed 20 megabytes.
3. The entry must be submitted personally by the Entrant (hereafter referred to as the Entrant).
4. The Entrant must be 18 years of age or older.
5. As the Entrant, please supply the following contact details:
   • Name
   • Email address
6. Collective entries or multiple entries will be disqualified. There will only be one prize winnable by each entrant.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. All entries received between 00:00 25/05/2018 and 23:59 25/06/2018 will be considered.
9. The competition will be judged by Greenlight Digital’s design team.
10. There will be 4 prizes in total. Each prize will be a £250 Amazon gift card.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative.
12. This prize is open to anyone, excluding employees of Rajapack Limited in the UK and their families, agents (including affiliates), suppliers and anyone connected to Rajapack.
13. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
15. The winners will be announced to the public via the Rajapack competition page as well as Rajapack social media channels. Entrants will additionally receive a confirmation email.
16. Winning Entrants will be sent a digital voucher within 30 days of the date on which the notification email/Tweet was sent.
17. The Entrant’s entries will be published on the Rajapack website and may be used across multiple publishing websites, as well as the Promoter’s channels and websites. By entering this promotion you consent to such publication.
18. Entrants submitting an image will retain the copyright to their photographs. However, by entering, all Entrants:
    • grant Rajapack and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and its and their advertising and promotion agencies, a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sub- licenseable right to:
      • print, publish, display, reproduce, broadcast, use, edit and modify the image, whether in whole or in part, composite, derivative or distorted for any purpose connected with this Competition and to promote this Competition or similar future competitions within a five-year period of the winners of the competition being announced, and
      • use the Entrant’s name, portrait, picture, likeness, voice, statements attributable to him/her, city and state of residence, and other biographical information for such advertising and promotional purposes, throughout the world in any and all media and in any form now known or existing at any time in the future, without further approval, notification, or compensation;
    • agree that Rajapack may contact them using the contact details they provide to discuss potential future use of the images beyond those described in clause (a) above. Such discussion and negotiation will be independent from the competition and will not affect entrants’ chances of winning; and
    • waive all their moral rights in their entry.
19. By entering the promotion you consent to the Promoter contacting you via email with further information on this promotion.
20. Entrants who are webmasters of blogs are eligible to receive a link to their website alongside the Entrant’s winning photo, on the condition of promoting the entry on their own site with a followed link to the competition page. We (the Promoter) reserve the right to remove or refuse said link at our own discretion.
21. The Promoters may contact the Entrant for a hard copy version of the photo (this is to ensure a high-quality image is available for publication). The hard copy image can be returned to the Entrant once the competition is over, at the Entrant’s request. Costs of postage and packaging will be the Entrant’s responsibility.
22. Rajapack Limited takes your privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information in accordance with data protection laws. 23. By participating in the promotion entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
24. English law applies to these terms and conditions.
