Introducing the CLIMAPACK, a revolutionary thermal insulation solution designed to safeguard food packages and parcels during transit. Supplied with double-wall cardboard boxes, and our very own 100% paper Climaliner™ insulated thermal liners this chilled packaging solution is eco-responsible and kerbside recyclable.

Manufactured from recycled post-industrial virgin Kraft our Climaliner™ sheets harness the insulating power of paper. Comprising of two outer layers with a single or double Geami honeycomb sheet in the centre provide cushioning and insulation for thermal control. Conveniently pre-cut, flexible, and lightweight, the Climaliner™ sheets fit comfortably within the box supplied, simplifying the process of lining boxes swiftly and efficiently.

Engineered for *indirect food contact, the CLIMAPACK emerges as the ultimate choice for ambient, chilled, and frozen goods. By accompanying it with gel packs, you can establish a cold chain solution that extends up to 30 hours.

Each CLIMAPACK is delivered by pallet supplying you with enough boxes and liners to create your own chilled package box set. A single box set comprises of 1x double wall box and 2x thermal liners.

Available in two options, single Geami thermal liner and double Geami thermal liner. Please see table for all references.

For a full cold chain solution, always complete your food package with gel packs, paper void fill, and seal with the H-tape method for climate control.

How many ice packs are required for my food package?

What tape should I use for sealing my parcel?

RAJA self-adhesive paper tape provides a secure seal. Always use the H method to seal your food package, this makes the box as airtight as possible for climate control.

* What does indirect food contact mean?

As Climaliner™ is manufactured from recycled post-industrial virgin Kraft paper it is suitable for indirect food contact.

When using Climaliner™ to line your food parcels, it's important to remember that foods that are not washed before consumption should be wrapped in their own food-safe packaging. This includes meat, fish, and cheese. While fruit and vegetables that are washed before consumption or come in their own natural packaging can be placed directly within your lined box.
