Extra-large foam boxes

Ideal for all your large and flat items, these extra large foam boxes provide shock protection to all your posted products. Each extra-large foam box contains two double layers of protection for your ultimate peace of mind.

First the extra large foam box folds so that your product is completely wrapped with two layers of 25 mm cushioning foam. Then, fold the cardboard exterior of the foam box around your product to create a neat and tidy package that also has a double layer of board protection, top and bottom. The non-abrasive polyurethane foam makes these extra large foam boxes ideal for products with fragile and delicate surfaces.

Each extra large foam box is height adjustable from 15 to 60 mm (internal) and 45 to 90 mm (external). The one-piece construction of this foam box means that assembly is quick and efficient.
