1. RAJAPACK special offers and promotions terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all RAJAPACK promotions, discount codes, welcome offers, free delivery offers, and free gift promotions, unless otherwise stated. By participating in any RAJAPACK promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions of Business.

1. General Promotion Terms

1.1. All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended at RAJAPACK’s discretion without prior notice.

1.2. Promotions are available to business customers only and are not transferable.

1.3. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code, contractually agreed or negotiated pricing, cashback, or any other affiliate offer. If a customer uses a RAJAPACK promotion code or any other offer on our website, any cashback or affiliate rewards related to that order will be declined.

1.4. Discount codes may only be used once per customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.5. Discounts apply to product prices only and exclude VAT, delivery charges, and any additional services.

1.6. RAJAPACK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where misuse, abuse, or unauthorised use of a promotion is suspected, including the creation of duplicate accounts to exploit new customer discount codes. Any discount code applied on the RAJAPACK website will be taken as the final promotion code for that order.

2. Product Exclusions (All Promotions)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all promotions exclude the following product categories:

Machines and equipment

Systems

Custom-made products

Made-to-measure products

Workplace products

Clearance items

Products already on promotion or subject to special pricing are also excluded unless clearly stated.

3. Welcome Offer – 15% Off (Code: HEY15)

3.1. The 15% welcome discount is available exclusively to new RAJAPACK customers placing their first order only.

3.2. To redeem the offer, enter code HEY15 at checkout. The discount will be automatically applied to eligible items in your basket.

3.3. The 15% discount applies to eligible products only and is calculated on the basket value excluding VAT and delivery charges.

3.4. This offer does not apply to custom products, made-to-measure products, machines, systems, workplace products, or clearance items.

3.5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, or negotiated pricing agreement.

3.6. A further 15% discount may be offered to customers after placing their first order. To qualify, customers must be subscribed to the RAJAPACK newsletter at the time of issue. The discount code will be sent to eligible customers by email and is subject to all standard promotion exclusions and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions, including single-use only, product exclusions, and that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (see point 1.3 for full list of offer exclusions).

4. Welcome Offer – Free Delivery

4.1. Free delivery is available to new RAJAPACK customers on their first order only, when the order value exceeds £125.00 excluding VAT, after any discounts have been applied.

4.2. Free delivery applies to UK mainland deliveries only

4.3. Free delivery is subject to RAJAPACK’s standard delivery terms. Please refer to the Delivery Information page for full delivery Terms and Conditions.

5. Free Gift Promotions

5.1. Free gift promotions are subject to availability and limited tos free gift per order otherwise stated.

5.2. Free gift promotions exclude mini packs and price deal kits.

5.3. Additional product-specific exclusions or conditions may apply. Please refer to individual product pages for further details.

5.4. Free gifts have no cash alternative and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Ireland Delivery Exclusion – Free Gifts

6.1. We are very sorry but due to legal and regulatory restrictions, free gifts offered as part of promotions, product bundles, or special offers are not available for delivery to addresses in Ireland.

6.2. This exclusion applies to:

Automatically added free gifts

Promotional gift items redeemed using discount or promotion codes

6.3. Orders shipped to Ireland will include paid items only, regardless of order value or promotional eligibility.

6.4. No substitution or compensation will be offered in place of excluded free gifts for Ireland deliveries.

6.5. RAJAPACK reserves the right to amend or withdraw this exclusion at any time.

7. Cancellation and Returns

7.1. If an order is cancelled or returned and no longer meets the promotional criteria, RAJAPACK reserves the right to remove or charge for any promotional discount or free gift applied.

7.2. Free gifts must be returned if the associated qualifying order is returned or refunded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with promotions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
