Layflat Tubing

Layflat tubing can be used to create a bag of virtually any size. Also commonly known as polythene layflat tubing, it is perfect for keeping moisture, dirt and dust away from your products. You can easily seal layflat tubing sheets together to create a watertight and dust-proof seal. Clear plastic layflat tubing is ideal for protecting items while they sit in storage, or to improve a product’s presentation when they are on your shop floor.

Simple and extremely cost-effective, a continuous length of polythene tubing is sealed at both ends using a heat sealer to melt the plastic together. This takes only seconds to do. The tubing also contracts as it cools, so the seal is pulled even tighter.

Yes! Our layflat tubing is made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), which means the majority of the range can be recycled. We stock layflat tubing that’s made from recycled materials too, such as our 100 micron recycled layflat tubing.
