Note: We deliver every day of the week, Monday to Friday. Delivery times are confirmed upon receipt of your order, and are expressed in working days.
Deliveries to some areas of Scotland, offshore UK, Northern
Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may take longer, so please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Kerbside deliveries
We offer kerbside and ground floor deliveries. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make deliveries to other levels such as to basements or 1st or 2nd floor offices.

Quick, affordable deliveries
Your first order with RAJAPACK is free delivery when you spend £125 or more excl. VAT see Terms and Conditions for full details. You can also get FREE next day delivery on all UK mainland orders over £180 . If your order is less than £180 before VAT, you’ll get next day delivery for just £9.49 (ex. VAT) . Orders outside of the UK mainland will be quoted individually, please call us on 0800 542 44 28 to find out how much it will be for your business. Nominated day delivery
If you need to be on-site to accept delivery or want to plan ahead, this service is a great choice. Simply choose a day that suits you, and we’ll deliver on that day, for no extra charge. If you need your order by a certain time or on the weekend, you can upgrade your delivery to: next day delivery before 10:30am, next day delivery, Saturday AM delivery. Future delivery
If you use large amounts of packaging, but don’t have much space in your warehouse, this is the service for you. You can arrange staggered deliveries, so you can get what you need now and in the future.
Multi-site delivery
If you’ve got more than one warehouse, office or site, this service will come in really handy. You can arrange to have your deliveries sent to different sites throughout the UK, so your packaging will always be in the right place at the right time
Ordering from outside the UK
Unfortunately, we only accept orders from the UK and Ireland, but you may be able to get the products you need from one of our European offices.
Delivery instructions
As many of our products are ordered in bulk, we usually deliver on pallets. If you can’t accept delivery in advance, please let us know when you order, either by mentioning it on the phone or entering ‘Pallets can’t be accepted’ in the delivery comments box on your online order form. You can also use this box to give us any useful information, like your business opening hours and any parking or accessibility issues.
Collect your order from RAJAPACK
Customers can collect orders from RAJAPACK between 12:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday. If you wish to collect your order from us please book this directly with our sales team in advance. When you arrive, please go to our Warehouse (2nd entrance on the right then Bay 23 or 24) and quote your sales order number.

*Orders to different sites/branches will be placed separately. For each separate order less than £180 (ex VAT) a handling charge of £9.49 (ex. VAT) will be applied. Separate orders over £180 (ex VAT) are delivered free. Delivery charges will be quoted on the following postcodes irrespective of the value of the order: HS1-9, IV41-49, IV51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41, PA60-88, PH42-44, ZE1-3, GY, JE, IM, TR21-25, BT and for the Republic of Ireland.
**Excludes delivery upgrades: next day delivery before 10:30am; next day am; Saturday am and Saturday before 10:30am. We cannot offer specific delivery dates to the following postcodes: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20-88, PH9-50, ZE1-3, GY, JE, IM, PO30-41, TR21-25, BT and for the Republic of Ireland. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to these postcodes and the Republic of Ireland.
