Cap and sleeve pallet boxes with pallets are a convenient way to ship goods and are sometimes called export boxes. They are comprised of a stitched heavy duty corrugated sleeve, which can be cut down to the required height, plus two end caps fitting top and bottom. The large pallet boxes are easily collapsed for return or storage, and can be easily stacked. Secure closure with strapping.
Recommended for transport by sea, rail, air and road; can be exported to all destinations. Manufactured from double wall top quality rigid flute board, to provide heavy duty protection. Delivered flat packed.
The pallets comply with ISPM15 regulations for international export outside of the European Community. Also available without a pallet.
Materials Each box is made from double wall top quality rigid flute corrugated board with a heavy Kraft paper outer finish. Outer B flute 3-6mm thick with a test lining; inner C flute,4-8mm thick with a test lining. The pallets comply with ISPM15 regulations for international export outside of the European Community.
