Essential when you need to ship, store or pack heavy items or ultra-fragile products these triple wall cardboard boxes are specifically designed to withstand the most rigorous export conditions. With three layers of cardboard and a thick Kraft outer they offer long-lasting protection from knocks, scrapes and changes in temperature making them ideal for storage, stacking or long-distance shipping.

Our heavy duty triple wall boxes have been especially designed for metal parts, compressors, boilers, pumps, industrial tools and machinery. They also come flat-packed for easy storage in the warehouse.

Size and shape optionsThe RAJA triple wall cardboard box range begins at 440mm by 340mm, and goes up to 1040mm by 570mm, see table for all sizes. Different height options are also available to help you find the best box for your products.

Weights and limits These boxes are stronger and more stable than standard double wall boxes and can carry a load capacity up to 500kg.

Materials Each box is made from triple wall top quality rigid flute corrugated board with 200gsm Kraft paper finish. Outer B flute 140gsm, 3-6mm thick with a 140gsm test; inner C flute 140gsm, 4-8mm thick with a 140gsm test and inner A flute 140gsm 5-10mm thick with a 200gsm test lining.

Environmental information RAJA cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable and corrugated cardboard has the highest recycling rates of any packaging in the UK. On average our boxes are made from 75% recycled fibres and the ‘recycling loop’ is so efficient that used boxes can be recycled, remade and reused in just two weeks.
