These tear and puncture resistant
gold bubble envelopes are lined with a 65 micron bubble lining which has a high slip polythene additive for the easy insertion of products. The paper outer is a lightweight 80gsm paper which helps to reduce postal costs without compromising protection against shocks and knocks during transit through the post. The bags have side welded seams which prevent bursting.

How to select the correct size envelope Measure the length, width and depth of your product. Add the depth of the product to the length and width dimensions. Add an extra 10mm to the width to make it easier to slide your product into the envelope. Example: if the dimensions of your product are L150xW100xD30mm L150 +D30 = 180mm W100 +D30+10 = 140mm you will need an envelope measuring 140x180mm or bigger. For this example choose the 150x215mm bubble envelope reference PMB0G.
