Jetbox tube end caps seal both ends of a Jetbox tube once you have cut it to length from the reel. These postal tube end caps are made for the Jetbox system, a cut-to-length tube reel that adjusts to each product to reduce packaging waste. Two diameters match the tube widths: JB64C for 64mm tubes and JB76C for 76mm tubes. The caps are reusable, so they can close a tube again rather than being thrown away. Supplied in black.

Where do postal tube end caps work best?

Postal tube end caps suit operations already running Jetbox recycled tube reels, closing each cut-to-length tube securely at both ends.

  • Sealing cut-to-length Jetbox tubes, where you trim the reel to the product and need a secure closure at each end.
  • Mailing posters, drawings, plans and rolled documents, where the tube protects long contents in transit.
  • Variable order sizes, where reusable caps close tubes again and cut avoidable waste.

Which cap fits your Jetbox tube

Match the cap diameter to your Jetbox tube width. The two sizes are specific to the tube references:

  • JB64C: fits JB64, the 64mm width Jetbox tube.
  • JB76C: fits JB76, the 76mm width Jetbox tube.

Not for

  • Standard postal tubes from other ranges. These caps are sized to Jetbox tubes; for RAJA postal tubes use the standard postal tube caps.
  • Flat documents or small flat goods, where a tube is the wrong format. Use a mailing envelope or postal box.
  • A Jetbox reel in a different diameter than the cap. Match the cap to the tube width, 64mm or 76mm.
