Payment FAQs

Paying for your first order is easy

You can order and pay online, choose to pay by credit, debit card. American Express or PayPal.

You can also pay by phone, simply call us on 0800 542 44 28 and choose to pay by cheque, BACS, credit or debit card.

Please note, we can't despatch your first order until the payment has been received.

After your first order, you can select your choice of payment method on the payment page during the checkout process.

To make managing your cash flow a little easier, RAJAPACK offers a 30 Day Credit Account. Accounts aren't set up automatically, so if you'd like to be considered for one, email sales@rajapack.co.uk. Once your account is approved, just order online or by phone and we'll send an invoice. Full payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date.

Payment methods adapted to your needs

For your security, we put your credit account on hold if you don't order for 18 months. That means you'll need to pay for your next order up front. Email sales@rajapack.co.uk and we'll look at reactivating your 30 Day Credit Account.
