Very disappointed because I had these same rolls in stock, and now I notice they are narrower, 4mm thinner, and instead of weighing 240g, they weigh 195g.

The problem was not resolved by the manufacturer. The dimensions of the white polypropylene do not meet expectations. The product still slides in the machine's slot.

    RAJA CUSTOMER SERVICE
    07/08/2025
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience again regarding the wear parts set for SD300 economy welding machines. We are sincerely sorry that this recurring problem with the polypropylene dimensions persists despite the actions already taken, and we ask you to accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. As discussed during our phone call, we have taken note of your comments: the rubber adjustment no longer meets your expectations, now forcing you to improvise solutions to keep the part in place, where a little soap was enough before. We have already forwarded your detailed feedback to the Product Quality teams, and will formally report a non-conformity to the supplier again so that this issue can be studied in depth. In parallel, we will get back to you very soon to offer you a commercial gesture, in addition to the credit notes already issued during previous complaints. Rest assured that your satisfaction remains our priority and that your feedback is essential for improving the quality of our products. Sincerely, Florence from RAJA Customer Service
