This pre-printed fragile packing tape combines carton sealing and handling instructions in a single application. Manufactured from 25 micron polypropylene film, the tape features a high-visibility red FRAGILE message printed on a white background so parcels requiring careful handling are clearly identified throughout the delivery network.
Used across e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse dispatch and postal packing environments, fragile tape helps reduce avoidable transit damage by alerting couriers and warehouse handlers to delicate shipments. It allows packing teams to seal cartons while applying clear handling instructions at the same time, reducing the need for additional warning labels.
Each roll measures 48 mm wide and 66 m long, providing a practical format for routine packing operations and consistent carton sealing on standard corrugated board. The polypropylene backing unwinds smoothly during application and conforms easily to paper and cardboard surfaces used in warehouse packing lines.
For best results, apply using a compatible tape dispenser to maintain even tension and clean cuts. Fragile tape improves parcel visibility but does not replace protective cushioning. Combine with protective packaging and suitable corrugated cardboard boxes for complete shipment protection.
