Semi-automatic paper convertor

The FillPak® SL, the latest addition to the FillPak® family is a versatile system that can be used as an end-of-line void fill solution as well as in a pack station environment. An effective way to fill empty spaces in a box and prevent product shifting around whilst in transit the FillPak®SL increases throughput and lowers costs for high volume box shipping operations.

The FillPak®SL semi-automatic paper convertor allows the operator to fill packages quickly and effectively as the control options allow him or her to fill each box with a consistent flow of paper. Designed with height and head tilt adjustments for operator comfort the FillPak® SL can be operated by a foot pedal or an electronic delivery system. Operation speed: 1.4 M per second and the paper stand carries 4 packs of fan-folded paper.

FillPak® SL is used in combination with 571mm wide paper (22.5”) and the paper is available in two qualities and weights: standard 50g/m² 100% pre-consumer recycled Kraft PAPSL56 or Greenline, a 70g/m² post-consumer 100% recycled paper PAPSLG.
