Small footprint paper convertor

The latest addition to the Ranpak range is The Guardian™, a compact, fast and simple to operate paper convertor ideal for any pack station environment. The Guardian’s paper pads will cushion light or heavy items from ceramics through to electrical motors. A single pad will cushion sides or corners or the paper pad can be rolled into a coil. The pad width is easily adjustable from 160mm to 185mm wide. Producing up to 1.2M of padding per second the Guardian has 3 different speed settings and an integrated cutter.

Paper can be loaded in 20-30 seconds and there is an easy jam fix button. A 7” detachable touchscreen allows for easy and adjustable working angles. The small footprint means the Guardian can be placed in tight corners and can easily be moved by operators; the height can be quickly adjusted for different users.
