The next generation of air cushion machines

The AirWave 1 Void Fill Pillow System is a quick, quiet, modular and cost-efficient next generation air pillow void fill system. Dispensing both cushions and quilts from the same machine the ergonomic AirWave can supply void fill for up to four workstations. With a single key programming and operating system the powerful performance of the AirWave can produce 8-10 metres of film per minute. Can be easily integrated to an existing packing station, such as Basepack.

Power saving mode and lock function. CS and RoHS approved. Optional Bluetooth connectivity available. The AirWave Void Fill Pillow System works with 5 different styles of RAJA AirWave Void Fill Pillow Film Rolls. Choose from 100mm, 150mm or 200mm single chambers or 4 or 8 chambers across the roll.

Warranty: All machines have a 12 month “return to base” warranty, which includes a 3 day grace period. Contact our experts to upgrade to a 12 month “on site” parts and labour warranty for £320.

3 Day Grace Period: Upon receipt of goods, we recommend customers check the machines for any faults or damages – if found, contact RAJA to organise an immediate return and collection of the faulty machine.

Return to base: If an issue is spotted after the 3 day grace period, customers must return the faulty machine to our service centre, where it will be fixed and returned within 5-7 working days.
