Designed using the best features of Ecoplats with the performance of Rotoplats, Masterplats are the latest range of turntable pallet wrappers from Robopac. The versatile design ensures your pallets are well covered, even sharp edges or heavy, delicate or irregularly shaped loads.

This automatic stretch wrap machine pre-stretches the film to ensure that only the amount needed is used to cover your pallet, so avoiding waste and saving costs. The PGS film carriage is fixed gear 250% power pre-stretch and the force to load (tension) is controlled by a strain gauge, adjusted on the control panel. There are also options of 150%, 200% and 300% gears on this machine.

The graphics on the new control panel, with icon selection by using the jog push button, are clear and easy to understand. Programmable functions including pre-set storable cycles, and adjustable plate and trolley speeds. The machine can be used in Easy or Advanced mode and has “parental control” to stop unwanted altering of settings. When in advanced mode this machine has 3 programmes that can be pre-set and locked.

This robust machine is made from high strength steel finished with anti-corrosion paint. The Masterplat turntable stretch wrapping machines are professionally installed by a qualified engineer with on-site training.
