The Rotoplat stretch wrap machine is perfect for high volume users with variable pallet loads. The Rotoplat is easy to use with a multi-purpose control panel that has 12 user defined programmes to bespoke your end of line requirements. Additional features include variable speed turntable with a soft start function for unstable loads and a variable upward and downward wrap action.
The base plate also features a diamond patterned surface to ensure better grip and avoid slippage during the wrapping cycle. The indexed turntable stops in the same position after every use for easy manoeuvring of loads and has fork lift locations for easy and safe machine movement. The Rotoplat also has a photocell for automatic height sensing and a simple drop on film loading spindle which requires no tools.
The mast is manufactured from cold folded steel sheets to ensure resistance torsion or strain and is fitted with an anti-fall device in case of emergency. The Rotoplat comes with full installation by a qualified engineer and on-site training. Suitable for 17 to 35 micron films.
