Cleaning and maintenance:

  • Clean paint work periodically with warm soapy water or foaming clean-er
  • Oil hinges and lock sparingly as required with a light oil (3-in-1 or simi-lar)

Cupboard construction:

Cupboard door construction:

 

Material: 0.9mm Mild Steel

 

A stiffener is spot welded vertically in the centre of the door. Two 2.½” butt hinges are spot welded to the door. The door is attached to the carcase via the hinges, with 4.8mm pop rivets. The door has two-point locking with an all-metal key locking handle. A series of square holes 20mm x 20mm are punched in the door to create the perforation.

 

Carcass and door paint finish:

  • Three stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating
  • Carcass/doors powder-coated with one coat Epoxy polyester full gloss powder, stoved at 180 deg. C. including Germ Guard anti-bacterial compound
  • Powder coated with a light grey paint
