Constructed from lightweight aluminium, these folding steps with wheels are effortlessly portable, allowing for easy repositioning as required. Available with either 2, 3, or 4 treads, each step features serrated aluminium steps measuring 360mm x 205mm, providing enhanced grip during use. Unlike most industrial platform steps, the sloped angle design accommodates those who may struggle otherwise, ensuring a comfortable range of movement whilst ascending.
Designed for maximum functionality, the folding steps can support a weight capacity of up to 260kg and come certified to BS EN14183 standards for added peace of mind. Additionally, two models (185108 and 185109) include a convenient built-in tool tray, which enables easy access to essential tools and components while working at height.
To ensure effective use of the folding steps, follow these guidelines:
Unfold the handrail frame and lock it into place to secure its stability.
Pull apart the legs to create the supportive “A” design necessary for safe use.
To move the steps, tilt the entire frame by grasping the handrail, allowing the rear wheels on the swing-back frame to carry the weight as you glide them into position.
Once finished, these steps can be easily folded away and stored compactly, saving space in the workplace.
