Paint finish
A three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating are applied.
Carcass and doors are powder-coated with one coat of epoxy polyester full gloss powder, stoved at 180 degrees, including our germ guard anti-bacterial compound.
The carcass is powder-coated (in light grey).
Doors are powder-coated with a choice of dark grey or red
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean paint work periodically with warm soapy water or foaming cleaner. Oil hinges and lock sparingly as required with a light oil (3-in-1 or similar).
