Pack Tek individual workbench kits are tailored to meet diverse needs within the packaging industry, providing an efficient workspace that enhances productivity. Featuring two distinct types of kits - Kit 3 and Kit 4 - these configurations come in three different sizes, ranging from 840 x 1200 x 750 to 840 x 1800 x 750 (H x W x L mm). The height-adjustable design accommodates preferences with a minimum height of 840 mm and a maximum of 1100 mm, promoting comfort and efficiency for users of various heights.
Optimal for creating an organised packaging or workshop area, these workbench kits include shelves for essential storage, keeping tools and materials within arm's reach. By providing designated spaces to use items such as bubble wrap, scissors and staplers, these kits significantly streamline the packaging process, making it quicker and more effective.
Crafted from robust steel, each kit is capable of supporting a weight of up to 250 kg. Kit 3 and Kit 4 comprise of differing parts, as illustrated below:

How thick should my workbench top be?
Most workbench tops, including those in the individual workbench kits, offer a thickness of around 20mm, designed to accommodate common packaging tasks efficiently.
How much weight can a workbench hold?
Each workbench kit has a specified safe working load (SWL) of 250 kg, ensuring sturdy and reliable support for various materials and tools. It is highly important that the SWL is not exceeded.
How high off the ground should a workbench be?
Workbenches should typically be positioned to suit the users' height, with these models adjustable from 840 mm to 1100 mm, offering versatility and comfort.
