Detailed description

Heavy duty extra-large boxes


These large triple wall cardboard cases provide maximum resistance. Manufactured from triple wall top quality rigid flute corrugated board with a Kraft paper finish and three layers of 3-10mm fluting with a test lining. The first wall is a 3mm defence protecting against impact and perforation. The second wall provides a 5mm reinforcement against external shocks and the third wall acts as a 7 mm shock-absorber to the contents of the cardboard box.

Resists knocks, abrasions and temperature changes. With a load capacity of up to 500 kg these large cardboard boxes are recommended for export to all destinations. Suitable for export by rail, air or sea. Delivered flat packed.

Size and shape options The RAJA triple wall cardboard case range begins at 650mm by 1070mm, and goes up to 1020mm by 1220mm (L xW, external dimensions), see table for all sizes. Different height options are also available to help you find the best box for your products.

Weights and limits These boxes are stronger and more stable than standard double wall boxes and can carry a load capacity up to 500kg.
