AirPro Green Padded Paper Mailers are a light and compact range of envelopes in popular standard Royal Mail sizes (ranging from large letters through to medium parcels). FSC® certified, the durable shockproof design, lined with embossed inner paper layer with a stable bubble pattern, is designed to withstand the wear and tear challenges often faced in transit.
A total of three layers of paper protects your goods from potential transport damage, and each padded mailer in the range is fully recyclable after use. The handy self-adhesive sealing strip provides a secure closure for sealing away items, and eliminates the need for extra packaging tapes, glues, or sealants.
Ideal for business or personal use, these paper bubble mailers are ideal for sending smaller fragile items, like jewellery, souvenirs, DVDs, books and CDs. For the larger sizes in the range, A4 and A3 documents and other print materials can be posted securely too – consider using handling instruction packaging labels like ‘do not bend’ for added peace of mind.

How to use:

- Remove the protective strip from the self-adhesive closure
- Firmly press down the flap to seal securely
- For extra security, especially for bulky or valuable items, consider adding self-adhesive paper tape
- For identification, use packaging labels and send through the postal service of your choice

Designed with a handy adhesive strip, every size in this range of mailers is self-sealing. This eliminates the need for extra packaging materials like tape or glue adhesives to seal. For particularly valuable or bulky items, we recommend using additional tape. Consider using RAJA self-adhesive paper tape for an eco-conscious, all-paper option.
