How It Works – 5 Simple Steps

Purchase through our website as you would any other packaging. You're not buying packaging – you're joining a managed reuse system.
2. Pack, Seal, and Ship
- Choose the right size and pack your order.
- Each kit includes a mailing bag, two security seals and a shipping label sticker:
Outbound: Place the shipping label sticker in the designated space on the mailing bag, then attach your usual address label on top. To secure, close the double zipper and fasten the security seal through each zip.
Returns: An additional security seal is provided in case the customer needs to return the item.
- Ship using your usual fulfilment process
3. Your Customer Returns the Bag
Each mailer includes a prepaid return label. After unpacking, the customer simply removes the shipping label sticker to reveal the prepaid return label underneath. They can then fold the empty bag and drop it in any UK postbox, no printer or post office visit required. A QR code is included to help them find their nearest postbox
4. Cleaned and Reissued by RAJA UK
Returned bags are industrially cleaned and inspected. Damaged mailers are recycled or repurposed. Clean bags are resealed and placed back into circulation.
