How It Works – 5 Simple Steps

Purchase online through RAJA UK, just like any other packaging product. You’re not buying the packaging – you’re joining a closed-loop reuse system.
2. Pack, Seal, and Ship
- Select your ideal mailer size and pack your goods.
- Each mailer kit includes two security labels and a shipping label sticker:
Outbound label and seal: Simply place the shipping label sticker in the designated space marked on the mailing bag, then add your usual address shipping label on top. Close the mailing bag and apply the two security seals across the folded flap for peace of mind.
Returns label and seal: Should your customer wish to return the item additional security seals are included.
- Ship via your existing fulfilment process.
3. Your Customer Returns the Bag
Each bag includes a prepaid Royal Mail label. Once empty, the customer folds the mailer and posts it in any UK postbox, with no printer or post office required. A QR code helps them find the nearest postbox.
4. Cleaned and Reissued by RAJA UK
Returned bags are industrially cleaned, inspected, and resealed for the next dispatch. Any damaged bags are responsibly recycled.
5. Reorder Anytime

Optional Checkout Surcharges & Branding
