How to create my account
To create an account, simply click on "My account" at the top of our web page, then click on "Create an account" and complete the registration form.
How do I place my first order?
Finding and purchasing your ideal product is simple
With more than 5,000 products, you can find what you're after either with our onsite search function or by browsing each product category. Each product listing will highlight the product data and benefits of each item.
Once you've found what you are after, simply add it to basket and proceed through the checkout process adding your delivery address of where you want the products dispatched to.
The RAJA UK site offers several payment options including by credit card, paypal and once you have a registered account you can even pay by account . As soon as you have confirmed your order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email summarising your entire order and the conditions attached to it.

I am already a RAJA customer but have never ordered online.
So you've ordered with RAJA before and now want to make an order online.
All you have to do is register for an account like normal, complete all your details and if you have an existing account, consult with your Account Manager to ensure you're set up to have the same experience online.
Once your registration is complete, just browse normally and place your order.

I have forgotten my username or it doesn't work
Your username should be the email you registered the account with. If you can't gain access, simply get in touch via the Contact Us page and we'll help you.
I have forgotten my password, how can I find it?
If you have forgotten your password, simply go to your account and click the "Forgotten password" link, you will be sent a confidential email to enable you to reset your password by creating a new one.
How can I view my order history?
In order to view your order history, simply click on the "My account" link and then the "My orders" tab. This will provide you with a list of your previous web orders and provide you with a means to search them, as well as, save or print them.
How can I change my contact details or my account information?
In order to change your contact details, simply go to "My account" and click on the "My profile" tab. This will allow you to modify your contact details including your address. Please note, you can create multiple addresses for ease of communication.
How do I use my coupon or promo code on the website?
If you have a coupon or promo code to use, simply add your products to the basket and when you check out simply enter your code into the empty field on the Summary tab. If the code is still valid, you will receive a confirmation message and can continue to place the order.
How do I create or modify an address?
You can update your addresses at any time, simply go to "My Account" and click on the "My Profile" tab. This will allow you to modify your contact details including your address. Please note, you can create multiple addresses for ease of communication.
I no longer wish to receive your promotions or special offers via email
All you have to do is click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters or go to your accounts "Subscriptions" section
I no longer wish to receive your catalogues
You can choose to not receive our catalogues by e-mailing us from the Contact Us page
