Some of our products are sold individually, but most of them are sold in pack quantities which enable us to offer you the best prices on these products. You can find these quantities in the price tables for each product.
Yes, the more you buy the more you save! These quantity discounts are included in the price tables for each product.
If you want to cancel your order you need to call us as soon as possible on 0800 542 4428 and provide all your order details. Then we will proceed to cancel your order.
Customers can now collect orders from Rajapack between 08:30 to 3pm Monday to Friday. If you wish to collect your order from us please book this directly with our sales team in advance. When you arrive, please sign in at Reception whilst we prepare your order ready for collection from our warehouse. Our Reception team will direct you to the collection point once ready.
If you are located in mainland England, Wales or in some selected areas of Scotland then your order will usually be delivered the following working day.
If your Postcode begins with AB31-38, AB41-56, HS1-9, IV1-63, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH9-50, PH15-50, ZE1-3, KA27-28, FK19-21, BT, TR21-25, JE, GY, IM, PO30-41 and for the Republic of Ireland, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. If you want to know delivery times to your area please call us on 0800 542 44 28.
Please note that orders received after 4.30pm will not be processed until the next working day and orders received before 4.30pm on Friday will aim to be delivered the following Monday.
For an extra cost you can upgrade your delivery to Next Day Delivery Before 9:30 am, Next Morning Delivery and Saturday Delivery. If you would like a quote for any of the upgraded delivery options, please call us on 0800 542 44 28.
If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please call Customers Services on 0800 630 03 52 to request a Returns Authorisation Number.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective products, please call Customer Services on 0800 630 03 52 and we will arrange for collection and credit, exchange or refund the product at no cost to you. For details see our terms and conditions .
