Sold in packs of one roll, priced per pack.
Where does RAJA Heavy Duty Bubble Wrap Rolls - 32mm work best?
This heavy duty extra large bubble wrap suits packing operations that handle bulky, heavy or high-value goods and need reliable cushioning through packing, transit and storage.
- Protecting items over 8 kg where regular bubble wrap doesn't provide enough burst resistance under load.
- Packing bulky products with corners, edges or uneven surfaces, as the large 32 mm bubbles create a deep cushioning layer around the item.
- Shipping high-value goods that need longer-lasting air retention to reduce the risk of impact damage in transit.
- Reusing protective wrap within internal handling or storage areas, as the two-layer low density polythene construction with an air retention barrier helps the bubbles keep their cushioning performance for longer.
Not for
- Lightweight/small products and general packing where standard bubble wrap offers sufficient protection with less bulk.
- Small, delicate or intricate items that need closer surface coverage. Choose extra strong bubble wrap for finer cushioning around detailed shapes.
- Void filling large empty spaces inside cartons. Use dedicated void fill to stop movement after the item has been wrapped.

Use this grade when your priority is strong bubble wrap protection for heavier consignments, high-value stock and bulky products that need a deeper cushion.
- Choose RAJA Heavy Duty Bubble Wrap Rolls - 32mm when packing products over 8 kg or items that need a high level of impact cushioning.
- Choose extra large bubble wrap when you need large-bubble cushioning for bulky goods but don't require the higher burst resistance of this heavy duty grade.
- Choose bubble wrap for lighter products, everyday wrapping and general protection.
- Choose packaging paper when you need a paper-based protective option for wrapping, interleaving or cushioning suitable goods.
Product FAQs
Should the bubbles face inwards or outwards?
Face the bubbles inwards against the item. This places the 32 mm cushioning layer directly where it absorbs knocks and vibration during handling.
Can this wrap be torn by hand?
Yes. The roll tears cleanly in a straight line, which helps packing teams prepare lengths quickly without stopping for a blade on every pack.
Is this wrap suitable for storage as well as shipping?
Yes. The air retention barrier helps reduce air escape from the bubbles, so it suits storage, internal movement and despatch where products need cushioning over time.
How should I secure it around a product?
Wrap the item tightly, cover all sides and secure the overlap with packaging tape. For shipping, place the wrapped product into a suitable cardboard box and fill remaining gaps so it cannot move.
