Compact, lightweight, and fully recyclable

Corrugated Packaging Dividers separate, wedge and cushion products in cartons to help protect goods during transit and storage. Made from brown corrugated cardboard with a shock-absorbing structure, they help resist impact and vibration while staying lightweight, stackable and easy to handle. Produced from 100% recycled material and fully recyclable, the dividers can be cut to size with a standard cutter and are available in 300 x 200 mm, 400 x 300 mm and 600 x 400 mm sizes.

Sold and priced per pack.

Where do Corrugated Packaging Dividers work best?

Corrugated packaging dividers suit packing stations, warehouses and despatch areas that need practical cushioning, separation and wedging inside cardboard boxes or storage containers.

  • Separating products in layers during transit, as the corrugated structure helps absorb shocks and vibrations between items.
  • Wedging goods inside outer cartons, as the dividers help reduce movement and impact during handling.
  • Packing fragile or higher-value goods such as electronics, small household appliances, cosmetics and luxury items, where surface contact and knocks need reducing.
  • Organising components such as auto parts in storage, as the modular format creates clear separation while keeping packaging lightweight and easy to handle.

Not for

  • Liquid containment or direct contact with wet products. Use suitable lined or sealed packaging where moisture contact forms part of the packing process.
  • Applications that need pre-formed compartments made to an exact grid layout. Consider suitable cardboard boxes with compatible internal fittings where fixed separation is required.
  • Jobs that require foam cushioning by design. Choose packaging foam where your product specification calls for foam protection.

Choose the right divider

Use these dividers when you need recyclable cardboard cushioning that separates products, fills voids and adapts to different box sizes without adding unnecessary bulk.

  • Choose Corrugated Packaging Dividers when you need flat, stackable cardboard pads to layer between products and reduce movement in transit.
  • Choose cardboard boxes when you also need a strong outer carton for despatch, storage or order fulfilment.
  • Choose edge protectors when the main risk sits on exposed corners, edges or palletised loads.
  • Choose packaging foam when the item needs a foam-based cushioning material rather than corrugated cardboard.
