The colour touchscreen displays real-time settings such as tension, speed, and weld duration. This allows you to fully adjust the parameters to your application as you work.

The SIAT Viper battery-powered strapping tensioner is a professional automatic strapping tool for PP or PET strapping. It automatically tensions, welds, and cuts PP or PET strapping. Equipped with an 18V Makita battery, it combines power and precision in one lightweight tool (weighing only 3.9 kg with the battery). Its high-definition touchscreen allows for intuitive and rapid control, making it ideal for intensive logistics operations.
What types of straps are compatible with this tool?
The SIAT Viper is used with PP and PET strapping in 9, 12, or 16 mm widths and 0.5 to 1.1 mm thicknesses, with adjustable tension up to 2700 N. Its standard tension of 1200 to 2700 N effectively secures your packages and pallets, while the ‘soft’ mode (500 to 1500 N) minimises marking on fragile products. In ‘soft’ mode, you can use paper strapping only.
