Automatic blade retraction

The automatic blade retraction of the MARTOR® SECUNORM SMARTCUT small disposable safety knife guarantees a high level of safety whilst cutting. As soon as you start to cut, take your thumb off the slider and the blade will be in the retracted position when you finish. Weighing only 17g this disposable safety cutter won’t tire you out but is still strong and sharp enough to cut cardboard up to double wall strength, wrapping, stretch and shrink film as well as yarn, cord, tape and layers of foil and paper.

The slide which operates the blade retraction is accessible from both sides of the knife so is suitable for both right and left handed operators; and fitted with groves so your fingers or thumb won’t slip. The MARTOR® SECUNORM SMARTCUT small disposable safety knife features a handy eyelet so you can tie it with a lanyard (not supplied) to your belt or workbench.
