Our heavy-duty rivet racking is engineered for robust performance in warehouse, storeroom, and workshop environments. Boasting a large 2800kg (UDL) bay load capacity and shelf load capacity of up to 500kg (UDL)*, this system exhibits exceptional load-bearing capabilities. The open-bay design facilitates the efficient storage of diverse weights within a unified system, optimising overall storage functionality.
Fabricated from high-grade steel with chipboard shelves, the racking not only offers structural integrity but also presents and professional and sophisticated looks, thanks to the hardwearing epoxy blue and orange or blue and grey paint finish. The central deck support serves the dual purpose of reinforcing the chipboard panel and seamlessly integrating the front and back beams.
The standout feature lies in the easy assembly process – with the average time of assembly being only 10 minutes, the boltless design uses a simple rubber mallet, eliminating the need for additional tools. – Tap parts together to assemble. We recommend using gloves when assembling the racking.
