Introducing a versatile and protective solution for hazardous items - the dangerous goods box. Crafted with FSC-approved corrugated board, this UN box stands out as a strong, durable option designed for safe transport of items classified as hazardous. Its design supports various transportation methods including road, sea, rail, or air, ensuring that your items reach their destination securely. With reinforced construction, these dangerous goods boxes are proven to withstand the challenges of transit.

Each dangerous goods box features a QR code, providing instant access to un box certification details. Additionally, it offers three Packaging Group options: PG I, II, and III, defining the danger levels of your goods. Whether transporting highly dangerous or moderately hazardous items, this box is tailored to meet diverse needs based on load capacity, increasing reliability in transit.

To optimise performance and ensure maximum protection of your items, using void fill and an internal liner is essential before placing items inside the box. A strong and durable structure guarantees the safe delivery of your hazardous goods, making these boxes a reliable choice for those who prioritise safety and compliance.

    How to use

To effectively utilise the dangerous goods box, be aware that load capacity will depend on the packaging group's rating. Each group correlates with the correct marking that must be highlighted. Follow these guidelines:

    • X = I (High)
    • Y = II (Moderate)
    • Z = III (Low)

The load capacity for the smallest boxes ranges from 3 kg to 9 kg, while the largest boxes can manage between 55 kg and 90 kg, depending on the PG. Furthermore, note the specific methods of closure for various boxes:

    • GHAZ01, GHAZ02, and GHAZ04 = slot closure
    • GHAZ06 and GHAZ08 = ‘H’ closure

For optimal protection, adhere to the following considerations: keep dangerous goods packaging and adhesive tapes dry and away from sunlight, store and process boxes at around 20°C, and check all components for any damage prior to use. Only trained personnel should handle these un boxes within one year of purchase.

    Ideal applications

    • Shipping goods across various transport methods including air freight and shipping.
