How to use low noise polypropylene packaging tape:
Ensure the surface of the box or carton is clear and clean from any dust or debris - to avoid compromising the effectiveness of the tape once applied. We recommend wiping clean the surface with a cloth for the best results.
Use a tape dispenser - load by placing the tape reel with the adhesive side facing down, open to the loading gate, and unroll 5-6 inches of tape. Feed the tape under the roller, close the gate, and pull the tape over the roller. Cut the tape with the blade so it rests on the roller. Using a tape dispenser can increase efficiency on your packaging line, as well as improve precision - helping to produce uniform lengths and alignments - for a neater and more professional finish.
Use an eye or H seal - to create an eye or H seal on a box, start in a corner and drag the tape around the edge. Ride the edge with the middle of the tape roller, bring it to the other side, and cut. Seal it by hand, making sure it's tight. Repeat on the other side.
