How to use
Water-based acrylic adhesive bonds on contact, the lower peel resistance is what reduces unwind noise, not bond quality.
- Check surface temperature: Apply at -5°C or above; acrylic holds tack at lower ambient temperatures than hot melt, but reliability cannot be guaranteed below -5°C.
- Load the dispenser: Fit the 76mm core roll into the recommended pistol grip dispenser. Consistent dispenser tension maintains seal quality and gives the quietest, most controlled unwind.
- Seal the full carton seam: Apply with a 50mm overlap onto each carton face and press firmly to avoid seal failure.
- Store correctly: Store at 15–25°C below 65% humidity. Shelf life is 12 months from manufacture.
