Choosing the correct pallet wrap for your product depends on a number of factors including:
Shape of the pallet:
Awkwardly-shaped angles and inconsistently-shaped pallet loads will determine the type of wrap to choose. Irregularly-shaped loads are best served by cast pallet wrap, blown pallet wrap, and pre-stretched wrap, for example, due to the flexible, adaptable nature of the stretch. Weight of the pallet:

For pallet loads of up to 800 kg: between 20-23 microns is recommended.
For the heaviest pallets loads of up to 1000 kg: between 23-35 microns is the best choice.
