Eco-friendly and effective insulating box liner for thermal protection.

RanPak®RecyCold™ Climaliner™ thermal box liners provide a unique insulation solution for protecting food packages and parcels in transit. Manufactured from recycled post-industrial virgin Kraft, these liners harness the insulating power of paper. Two outer layers with either a single or double geami honeycomb sheet in the centre provide cushioning and insulation for thermal control. Climaliner™ sheets come pre-cut and are flexible and lightweight making lining boxes quick and easy.

Suitable for *indirect food contact, Climaliner™ is the ideal insulator for ambient, chilled, and frozen produce, pair with ice packs for a cold chain solution that lasts up to 48 hours. For extra thermal control, these compact sheets can be layered providing further insulation with minimal impact on space within your box.

RecyCold™ Climaliner™ can also be used as a grocery paper bag insulated liner, for ambient and chilled groceries. These sheets can easily be formed into an ‘O’ shape to line the sides of your paper grocery bag, providing thermal control for same day grocery and meal deliveries.

What is the best cardboard box size to use with RecyCold™ Climaliner™?
Use a double or triple wall box with a base between 320-370mm to comfortably fit the Climaliner™. The length and height of the box can be selected for your needs, additional RecyCold™ Climaliner™ and ice packs will be needed for larger boxes.

How many ice packs are required for my food package?
Contact our customer service team on 0800 542 44 28 for advice and guidelines on how to correctly pack your food box to meet your temperature and transport time requirements.

What tape should I use for sealing my parcel?
RAJA self-adhesive paper tape provides a secure seal. Always use the H method to seal your food package, this makes the box as airtight as possible for climate control. For bagged produce, neatly fold the top of the bag and seal securely with paper tape, ensure no air can get in or out.

* What does indirect food contact mean?
As Climaliner is manufactured from recycled post-industrial virgin Kraft paper it is suitable for indirect food contact.
When using Climaliner to line your grocery bags and boxes, it's important to remember that foods that are not washed before consumption should be wrapped in their own food-safe packaging. This includes meat, fish, and cheese. While fruit and vegetables that are washed before consumption or come in their own natural packaging can be placed directly within your lined box or grocery bag.
